|The harvested grapes are destemmed and subsequently softly pressed. Follows a fementation in steel vats with controlled temperature and selected yeast. subsequently refinement on the fine lees for about 4 months carrying out repeated batonage. Clarified and filtered the wine is bottled in the spring following the harvest.|

Brilliant straw yellow with green highlights
This wine releases a bouquet with hints of exotic fruit like banana, quince, mango , pineapple .Intense, clean and pleasant aroma.
The flavor is fresh and tangy , complex and well balanced and lingering.
Pleasant as an aperitif, it goes well with first and second courses with fish.
10-12 °C in tulip wine glass with narrow mouth and glass with excellent trasparency
